Ingredients
- 3oz Butter
- 5oz Self raising Flour
- 1 dessert spoon Golden Syrup
- 2oz Castor Sugar
- 2oz Sultanas
- 2oz Chopped Cherries
Method
- Warm butter, sugar and syrup in a bowl, add fruit. Add flour and mix well.
- Bake in a 7” square tin at 180C for 20mins.
